David Randall Jenkins, Ph.D.
Course Author and Instructor
Jenkins has a Doctor of Philosophy (1981) in accounting and finance, a Masters of Accounting (1977) in taxation, and a Bachelors of Science (1975) in accounting from the University of Arizona in Tucson. Jenkins has been a full-time professor at both DePaul University in Chicago and the University of Arizona in Tucson. Jenkins' academic research interests include several tax genres, impossibility-resolved social choice theory implications for managerial accounting theory, and the judiciary's use of informal information signals. Jenkins has published several papers in refereed academic journals and two books: Post-TEFRA Holding Company Strategies and Judicial Martial Law. Margaret E. Bellerby
Margaret Bellerby has enjoyed a successful career as an educator in British Columbia, Canada for thirty years. Margaret has developed her professional leadership skills in working with other teachers and district staff, both inside and out of the classroom environment. In her roles as District French Language Facilitator, Local Staff Representative, and Peer Support Consultant with the BC Teachers Federation, she has developed a strong ability to advocate for students, promote effective relevant strategies, and work within a team setting.
Margaret received her B.S in Criminology from U of Maryland, her Professional Teaching Certification from DTUC in Nelson, BC, and her Master of Administration and Curriculum from Gonzaga U. Margaret and her husband Eric currently reside in British Columbia during the summer, and return to Arizona for the winter months. She is looking forward to working with our team!
